Different templates for each web

I want to use Instiki for several webs, each with its own look-and-feel. For the first one I've installed (http://www.consciouscode.com/seedling/) I have modified the standard templates *very* heavily to get the desired look. But now I see that there's no way to do another set of templates for a sibling web running under the same Instiki instance. I'd rather not have to install and maintain 3 or 4 different servers just to change the look.

Instiki should allow template customization per-web, not just per-server installation.
