Readonly publishing contains bad URLs

I turned on the option to publish a readonly version of the web. The home page appears at the correct URL as does the pages. However, the wiki word link I had did not point to the published folder. The result is no page is found when you click on a wiki word.

This would not be so important if the export functionality worked. Given that niether work...

i'm experiencing the same behaviour, making the use of published versions as standalone websites, somewhat useless...
